Ingredients 

Waffle Batter

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 units Eggs separated
  • 1 ¾ cups Milk
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks. Add the milk, oil, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter onto the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
