Waffle House Style Waffles
These waffles are light, fluffy, and just like the ones you get at Waffle House.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 large Eggs separated
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks. Add the buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the batter.
Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
