Main Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (red wine or balsamic)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced

In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, and minced garlic.
Slowly add the olive oil while whisking continuously until the mixture is emulsified.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
