Instructions
1. In a food processor, combine shrimp, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Process until smooth.
2. Form the mixture into small balls using your hands.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the shrimp balls until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
