Venison Cheddar Jalapeno Sausage Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground venison
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Jalapenos, chopped seeds removed for less heat
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground venison, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped jalapenos.
2. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to the mixture. Mix well.
3. Using a sausage stuffer, fill the sausage casings with the mixture.
4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the sausages for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
