Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrots chopped
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Walnuts toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped carrots, celery, onions, and minced garlic. Sauté until soft.
  3. 3. Transfer the sautéed vegetables to a blender. Add the toasted walnuts, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!
