Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black beans cooked and mashed
  • ½ cup Bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Slider buns

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed black beans, bread crumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
  4. 4. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
  5. 5. Place the cooked patties on slider buns and add your favorite toppings.
