- 4 sheets Nori seaweed
- 2 cups Cooked sushi rice
- 1 medium Carrot, julienned
- 1 medium Cucumber, julienned
- 1 medium Avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
1. Place a sheet of nori on the bamboo sushi mat.
2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
3. Arrange the carrot, cucumber, and avocado slices in a line along the bottom edge of the rice.
4. Roll the nori tightly using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure to form a firm roll.
5. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife.
6. Serve with soy sauce and rice vinegar for dipping.
