Ingredients

  • 200 g Tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Black beans cooked
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or a mix
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 Avocado diced
  • ¼ cup Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the black beans and shredded cheese over the chips.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with salsa, diced avocado, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
