Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 8 pieces Taco shells
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- ½ cup Sour cream
- ½ cup Shredded cheese
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the chickpeas, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes until chickpeas are slightly crispy.
Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
Assemble the tacos by filling each shell with chickpeas, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
