Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup Sliced carrots
  • 1 cup Snap peas
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Serve hot.
