Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup Thinly sliced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup Chopped fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup Chopped fresh mint

Instructions 

  1. 1. Prepare all the vegetables by washing and slicing them thinly.
  2. 2. Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10-15 seconds to soften.
  3. 3. Lay the softened wrapper on a flat surface. Place a small amount of each vegetable in the center of the wrapper.
  4. 4. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom to the top.
  5. 5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. 6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
