Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
3. Add carrots, celery, zucchini, and green beans. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, thyme, and basil.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
