Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpea flour
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • ½ teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (potatoes, onions, spinach, etc.) chopped
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, salt, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
  2. 2. Add the chopped vegetables to the batter and mix until they are well coated.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Use a slotted spoon to remove the pakoras from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
