Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Chickpea flour
- ½ cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon Red chili powder
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (potatoes, onions, spinach, etc.) chopped
- as needed Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, water, salt, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
2. Add the chopped vegetables to the batter and mix until they are well coated.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
5. Use a slotted spoon to remove the pakoras from the oil and drain on paper towels.
6. Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
