Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, potatoes) boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine boiled and mashed vegetables, finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. 2. Shape the mixture into small patties or cutlets.
  3. 3. Coat each cutlet with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
  5. 5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
