Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef stew meat
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. 3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the carrots, celery, potatoes, green beans, and corn. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
