- 4 large Portobello Mushrooms cleaned and sliced
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Add the sliced portobello mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Arrange the mushrooms in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 60 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the mushrooms are dry and chewy.
Let cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
