Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta use any short pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Olives sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and fresh basil.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
