Main Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews soaked for at least 2 hours or overnight
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Soak cashews in water for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Drain and rinse cashews.
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
