In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk and soy sauce.
Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Dip each tofu slice into the flour mixture, then the almond milk mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the breaded tofu slices on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
