Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
