Vegan Black Bean Burgers

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking
In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
Add breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and heated through.
