Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 1 cup Refried beans
- 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Chopped lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Sour cream
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Place the tortillas in the skillet and cook until crispy, about 2 minutes per side.
3. Spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla.
4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the beans.
5. Add salsa, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
