Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Rice uncooked
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, uncooked rice, salt, and black pepper.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the cabbage and rice are tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
