Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup Mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • ¼ cup Chopped onion
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
