Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup Mashed potatoes
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg, beaten
- ¼ cup Chopped onion
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into small patties.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the patties in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
