Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can Black Beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Oregano

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  5. 5. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
