Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Dried red chilies stems removed
  • 4 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the dried chilies in hot water for 30 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2. Toast the cumin, coriander, and caraway seeds in a pan until fragrant.
  3. 3. Blend the soaked chilies, garlic, toasted seeds, olive oil, salt, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. 4. Store in a jar and refrigerate.
