Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Fresh Tuna diced
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 half Avocado sliced
  • 1 half Cucumber sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey.
  2. 2. Add diced tuna to the bowl and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. In serving bowls, add a base of cooked rice.
  4. 4. Top the rice with marinated tuna, avocado slices, cucumber slices, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
