Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bread sourdough or your choice
  • 2 tablespoon butter softened

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, and dijon mustard.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. On the unbuttered side of two slices, evenly spread the tuna mixture.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the tuna mixture.
  5. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side out.
  6. Place the sandwiches in a preheated panini press and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the press, slice in half, and serve immediately.
