Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add a slice of cheese, then the tuna mixture, and top with another slice of cheese.
5. Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
