Tuna Croquettes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 cans Tuna drained
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
- 1 large Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into small patties.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
