Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna drained
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
