Main Ingredients
- 500 g Korean rice cakes (tteok)
- 3 cups Water
- 1 cup Fish cake cut into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ cup Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
1. In a large pan, add water and bring to a boil.
2. Add rice cakes and cook until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic. Stir well.
4. Add fish cake pieces and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Stir in green onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
