- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 4 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
2. In another bowl, pour the buttermilk.
3. Dip chicken in the flour mixture, then in the buttermilk, and again in the flour mixture.
4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
5. Fry chicken pieces in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
