Trifle Recipe
A delightful layered dessert with sponge cake, custard, fruit, and whipped cream.

Main Ingredients
- 1 pound sponge cake cut into cubes
- 2 cups custard
- 2 cups mixed fruit fresh or canned
- 2 cups whipped cream
1. Layer half of the sponge cake cubes in the bottom of the trifle dish.
2. Pour half of the custard over the sponge cake.
3. Add a layer of mixed fruit.
4. Repeat the layers with the remaining sponge cake, custard, and fruit.
5. Top with whipped cream.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
