Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk room temperature
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease your muffin tin or popover pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling each cup about halfway.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 450°F (230°C), then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
