- 1 lb Beef steak thinly sliced
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
- 2 Limes cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the beef steak slices to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Warm the corn tortillas in another skillet or on a griddle until soft.
4. Assemble the tacos by placing some beef on each tortilla, then topping with chopped onion and cilantro.
5. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
