Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onion, green beans, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto a lumpia wrapper. Roll tightly and seal the edge with water.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry lumpia until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
