Delicious stuffed plantains with a savory beef filling.

Main Ingredients
- 2 green plantains
- 1 cup cooked ground beef
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ¼ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup diced onions
- ¼ cup diced bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Peel and cut plantains into 1-inch thick slices.
Fry plantain slices in hot oil until golden, then remove and flatten.
Fry flattened plantains again until crispy.
In a pan, sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until soft.
Add cooked ground beef and tomatoes, cook until heated through.
Place a spoonful of beef mixture on each plantain slice.
Top with shredded cheese and serve.
