Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Bolillo rolls
  • 1 lb Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Queso fresco, crumbled
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Pickled jalapeños optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the bolillo rolls in half and toast them lightly on a skillet.
  2. 2. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each roll.
  3. 3. Add a generous amount of shredded chicken on top of the beans.
  4. 4. Top with avocado slices, tomato slices, onion slices, lettuce, queso fresco, and sour cream.
  5. 5. Add pickled jalapeños if desired.
  6. 6. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and press down gently.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
