Ingredients

  • 2 packs Top Ramen noodles discard seasoning packets
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup Chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup Sliced almonds toasted
  • ¼ cup Sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, but discard the seasoning packets. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped green onions, toasted sliced almonds, and sunflower seeds.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar until well combined.
  4. 4. Add the cooled ramen noodles to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over the top. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
