Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 can Tuna in oil drained
- 2 tablespoon Capers rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 pcs Anchovy fillets
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
