- 4 cups Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Basil, chopped
- 1 unit Pie Crust, pre-baked
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place sliced tomatoes in a colander and sprinkle with salt. Let them drain for about 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and basil.
Layer the tomatoes in the pre-baked pie crust.
Spread the mayonnaise and cheese mixture over the tomatoes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let the pie cool for a few minutes before serving.
