Tomato Cucumber Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- 0.5 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
Drizzle the olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice over the vegetables.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Toss everything together until well combined.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
