- 2 cups Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
2. Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the vegetables.
3. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
