Tomato Basil Bruschetta
A classic Italian appetizer with fresh tomatoes, basil, and garlic on toasted bread.

- 4 pieces Roma tomatoes diced
- 1 cup Fresh basil chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
