Tofu Vegetable Stir-Fry
A quick and healthy tofu vegetable stir-fry recipe that's perfect for weeknight dinners.

Main Ingredients
- 1 block Tofu firm, drained and cubed
- 2 cups Broccoli cut into florets
- 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger minced
Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Pour in soy sauce and stir to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
