  • 1 package phyllo dough thawed
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 cups feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 units eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the feta cheese, ricotta cheese, beaten eggs, and chopped parsley.
  3. Brush a baking dish with melted butter. Layer half of the phyllo dough sheets, brushing each sheet with butter.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the phyllo layers.
  5. Layer the remaining phyllo sheets on top, brushing each with butter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
