Three Bean Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Green beans drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Parsley chopped
- ⅓ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the kidney beans, garbanzo beans, green beans, red onion, and parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
