Thai Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Glutinous Rice
- 1.5 cups Coconut Milk
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 units Ripe Mangoes peeled and sliced
Rinse the glutinous rice until the water runs clear.
Soak the rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Drain the rice and steam it for 30 minutes until tender.
In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk, sugar, and salt until the sugar dissolves.
Mix the steamed rice with the coconut milk mixture and let it sit for 20 minutes.
Serve the sticky rice with sliced mangoes on the side.
