Thai Green Curry
A delicious and aromatic Thai green curry with chicken and vegetables.

Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Green Curry Paste
- 400 ml Coconut Milk
- 500 g Chicken Breast sliced
- 2 cups Mixed Vegetables chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 cup Basil Leaves fresh
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the green curry paste and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
Add the chicken slices and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
Add the mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir in the fish sauce and sugar, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
