- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Fish sauce
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, Sriracha, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving.
